Bathing our souls in the light of divine spirituality...
As we agonize with the daily struggles of life, meandering in this pathway, we yearn inside for our unheard cries to be heard...we search for an unseen love, we look for an invisible touch, we wait for a gentle compassion, hoping and wishing that peace rains downs on our souls. Every day wakes up with a new dawn, a new morn to bring in a new light that awakens the seed of divinity sleeping in our souls. We are born with Godliness, yet we seek it outside, we seek it everywhere. Take back a moment inside only to find out the light is within. By taking a blissful soul bath, we awaken to the blooming of the hidden bud inside, one that blossoms in a full bloom flower with petals of love .
The book sheds light on the intoxicated dance of the soul in varied seasons of life. Often we wonder about how to tune into the rhythms of welcoming---the coming and going of times, the rising and falling of light, the dance by the breaking light of dawn and how it gracefully changes with time. Life is a string of changes and times come when we get overwhelmed by them. But there lies a profound, richer dance that springs from the soul and breaks us open to reveal the astonishing wonders of life. Such is the light that carries us through the seasons of life.

Look around you and you will find that blessings fall everywhere in their own loveliness, with their own hue and beauty. Have you heard the whisper of leaves, the song of this Mother Earth, the murmur of this gentle breeze? This is love....welcoming you, inviting you to be a new You.......May you drink deep from this chalice of divine love, May we all dance this ecstatic dance, May we all give in to this surrender fearlessly, without holding ourselves back....so the dance of our soul continues ...as the saga of our divine love goes on...... Our souls say....Understand me...Breathe into me..as I breathe into you...Look into my soul..as I look into yours...and all you will see is ....Oneness of spirits...Welcome to the world of Oneness....May you be blessed....
"Self-love is the art of meeting yourself bringing the question to yourself in the most unbeautiful moment, self-love is facing yourself in a fiercely difficult situation, and to find if you can bear the pain that has touched your life, self-love is to realize there is no evasion for it is you meeting another version of you, the version that is wounded but longing for the celebration of life, self-love is giving in to the invitation to become the celebratory you, self-love is to grasp the beauty through the pathway of struggles, for you long to be rooted deep in your deeps.
You may be broken but beautiful so embrace your edges for they tell your undisclosed story as what once pricked you does not makes you any less beautiful for you are still flowering. Healing comes as the soul's softest whisper, a tender touch in darkness, in a gentle way but appears with a pronounced courage. Gently falls the healing to caress your melancholic soul in sigh, not to muffle your age-old cry but to take it out in the open air and let you slip into a relaxation. Sometimes depression can shake you but self-care practices make you as you enter your inner places you never even thought had existed. So you who tremendously trembled eventually will feel the rocks of fatigue rolling as the rejuvenated you will emerge. So you will not be the load you carry, you will not be the homeless heart adrift at sea anymore, rather self-care practices will reveal to you how to turn to a flowering youth. You will no longer be the rain-laden cloud breaking down, unable to contain yourself, rather you will hold yourself with an unbent will. The gilded morn will be on the rise in your deeps and you will throw away your weariness and turn to your dreams." "There is nothing harder than carrying the heaviest grief around. It cannot stay unwritten and unreleased. You must let out what holds you back. If ever you feel the loss is too great to bear, then seek comfort in this belief, that writing lets you live it again, In the moment you once had and in the retrospection.. You get to revisit those years again, pull them out from the dust, sift through those times and give them the words. The loss that haunted you, now comes in the form of a story, that the world gets to read. As they roll their eyes over the lines, your grief finds a ground. It becomes well grounded, and you did not let it pass you by.. Every emotion of yours is carved beautifully and takes the shape of an art, a story finally released on the pages that stayed blank for ages. At last, your grief becomes founded. As the world reads the lines of your soul, the hardest grief turns to something else. It becomes the light in someone else's life who has lost their own. By penning what remained in silence, you revealed the rays that now appear as a dawn.
Writing your silent grief, can give a voice to the pain you struggle with in everyday life. How it carves all the emotions and takes the shape of a beautiful art, a story as you release yourself on the pages with the words that flow from your heart. Writing may seem to be a solitary act, yet in the solitude comes out the most revealing light through your pen. And the story rolls out, sometimes the most poetic verses arise from the breaking hearts and they fill the universe with its poetic therapeutic spirit. At times, the story may roam from one reader to another, taking them to the deepest places of their own. While it heals you, the art that arises from your writing heals others. It has a creative, transformative, and a connective power.' "This book reveals how meditation can unearth the wealth inside and give you the limitless potentials. So you no longer have to look elsewhere for clarity as it will guide you through the darkness and bring you to the light. The book discusses the different types of meditation and how each one contributes to the unfoldment of your sacred self. Ultimately, you rediscover your highest place of love and light. It is a place where dark shadows fell somewhere along the way and you were led astray. But being engaged into the act of meditation gives you the gold of your soul."
't is the wonders that lie on the other side of haze that makes someone a seeker, a sage , a pilgrim at heart. At every step, it becomes a deepening into the sea of silence, delving into the unmoving for it is not a journey of your body alone, but a journey of your spirit. It then becomes a pilgrimage of your soul. The soundless maze pulls you deeper into the bliss from the lips of heaven, for in not knowing the unknowable lies the acceptance that there is something far reaching of a colossal beauty that is beyond our understanding. We can only attempt to walk through the mystery, but a part of it may always be beyond our grasp. Still the walk we must take, for in it is the fulfillment of the body and soul.
The purpose of this pilgrimage is to capture the eternity at every moment for no moment comes back again, and you never get another chance at life. It is in this spiritual odyssey, that you live to your fullest as from your wearied self, flowers shall grow again and your fragrance will release for you will sense the spell of eternity. Every moment will be a meeting point where you are brought home to yourself, for the wonders will light your eyes. You have finally found the secret of living for living on the earth, you remain above the earth, as what goes around, does not confine you. You remain in a splendor, eternal it is for your soul has sensed an enchantment in silence.' Read less |

"Peace that gives your hand into mine, and lets us take the walk together--
Peace that which settles the most unsettled feelings-- Peace that which silences the screaming pain-- Peace that which turns insanity to sanity, That’s the peace I leave with you. Such is the peace- we gift the ones we love-- the ones who hold a place in our hearts. Peace, the most forgotten word, yet the much- needed bliss—The kind of peace that gives water to those who thirst for it, The kind of peace that gives love to those who hunger for it, The kind of peace that gives light to those who are in search of it—wash them with the rushing waters of peace.
